Compactor/Dumpster area cleanup consists of visits by a dedicated staff member on days of choice (Saturday and/or Sunday). Our associate picks up all trash found by the compactor/dumpster area/s, cleans all debris, blows the area, and moves large bulk items that may be obstructing the compactor chute, pathway, or stairs. The associate produces a report with before and after pictures and communicates the current functionality of the compactor. Communication is immediately shared in the event of compactor breakdown or if at capacity.
